# SoeMind MCP connector: use SoeMind from ChatGPT, Claude or your own agent

SoeMind is an MCP server. Connect it to an AI assistant you already use, and that
assistant can plan and produce content in your SoeMind account from its own chat.

## How to connect

- Claude (web, desktop, mobile): Settings, Integrations, "Add to Claude". Or add
  a custom connector in Claude with the URL above.
- ChatGPT: SoeMind is listed in the ChatGPT app directory under Creativity. Open
  Apps, search "SoeMind" (or browse Creativity), press +, then sign in to SoeMind
  and approve. No developer mode needed. It includes the SoeMind app and a
  get-started skill that teaches ChatGPT the price-first workflow.
- Any other MCP client (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Grok, Hermes, OpenClaw and
  others): add the URL as a remote MCP server.
- Headless agents and scripts: create a personal access token in Settings,
  Integrations and send it as a Bearer token to the same URL.

You approve the connection on a SoeMind consent screen that lists exactly what
the assistant may do. It cannot change your plan, billing, password or account
settings.

## What a connected assistant can do

- See your projects, assets, uploads and recent outputs; create a project.
- Check prices and estimate any job before running it.
- Generate images, video, voiceover, music, sound effects, talking avatars,
  lip-sync, storyboards, character sheets, thumbnails, carousels.
- Edit: image edits, animate an image, captions, re-dub, transcribe, trim,
  assemble a video from clips, remove backgrounds, mix audio.
- Convert: trace a logo or icon into a clean SVG (2 credits), make an animated
  title with a transparent background, or render a Lottie animation to video
  (2 credits per started 10 seconds).
- Plan inside the project: save and read content plans, ad plans, campaigns,
  scripts and briefs (save_plan, list_plans, get_plan), the per-piece clip
  blueprint (save_master_plan), recurring characters, products and locations
  (save_bible) and the dated content calendar. The Director and every
  connected agent read the same plans; a plan is never only in the chat.
- Motion graphics from house templates: a lower third (name and title), a
  chapter title card, a count-up stat, a logo bug and the closing end card,
  filled with your words and colours and rendered with transparency to lay
  over a clip (render_lottie, 2 credits per started 10 seconds; lint_lottie
  checks a custom Lottie for free).
- Put text on a video three ways: plain captions (free; plain, hero or
  karaoke style), designed text placed and animated for you (about 4
  credits), or text drawn into the scene with Gemini Omni (about 13 credits
  a second). The assistant asks which before anything beyond plain captions.
- Use free stock: search licensed Pexels photos and video b-roll and bring
  them into a project instead of generating generic footage. Keep the
  photographer credit when you publish.
- Finish and clean: colour grades, split-screen grids, background removal
  for images and video, voice isolation and noise removal, logo to SVG.
- Write scripts, hooks and captions; review a prompt before paying for it.
- Read social insights, comments and the content calendar; draft posts,
  reschedule or cancel queued posts.
- Remember preferences across sessions.
- Ask "what can I do with this?" at any point: the assistant has a map of
  everything above with prices, and every finished result comes with two or
  three suggested next steps.

## What you may do with the results

Outputs you generate are yours to use, including commercially, to the extent
the underlying model providers allow. Pexels stock is free to use under the
Pexels license with the photographer credit kept. Another person's face or

## Files in and out

- Getting results out: every finished file has a download link. Ask the
  assistant for the link to your latest output; it opens or downloads in your
  browser.
- Getting your own files in: upload them in SoeMind (Media, or the attach
  button in Director Desk) and then ask the assistant to use them. Assistants
  that can send files over HTTP (for example your own agent or a script) can
  upload directly through the connector.

## Safety rules (enforced by SoeMind, not by the assistant)

- Every paid action needs your confirmation of the exact credit price. The
  assistant must show you the estimate and get your OK first.
- Posts are saved as drafts. A post is queued to a social account only when you
  approve that specific post.
- The same content rules apply as in the app.

## Disconnect

Settings, Integrations, Connected apps, Disconnect. It takes effect immediately.
