SoeMind
AI Content Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
01Age
You must be 18 or older to use SoeMind.
02Not allowed
Sexually explicit or pornographic (NSFW) content of any kind — SoeMind is a strictly safe-for-work service for marketing and brand content. Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance, always reported to authorities). Non-consensual sexual content. Realistic depictions of real people without their consent, including deepfakes and re-voicing a real person without permission. Fraud, scams, phishing or counterfeit material. Extreme violence. Content that infringes intellectual property or violates the law.
03Your inputs
Everything you upload — images, video, audio, documents — must be owned by or licensed to you, with consent from any person depicted (and a parent/guardian's consent for any minor). We do not verify rights or consent; responsibility for inputs, and for any claim or legal action they cause, rests solely with you (see the Terms: "Claims about your content are your claims").
04Real people
Content featuring a real person requires their consent, attested when you register their likeness as an asset. You are responsible for having that consent. You may not use the service to identify, verify or authenticate anyone, or to infer sensitive attributes about an identifiable person.
05Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person shared without their consent is strictly prohibited, including AI-generated or altered depictions. If you are depicted (or represent someone depicted) in such content on the service, email support@soemindai.com with enough information to identify the content and a statement that it is non-consensual: we will remove validly reported NCII, and known identical copies, within 48 hours.
06Provenance & disclosure
Generated media may carry provenance watermarking from the underlying models (for example Google SynthID on Veo output); which marks are present depends on the model used. Where marks exist, do not remove or obscure them. Regardless of watermarking, do not pass off AI output as human-made, and make any AI-content disclosures the law of your market requires.
07Music generation - extra rules
Music features run on third-party music models (e.g. ElevenLabs, Google Lyria) whose terms flow down to you: do not distribute generated music as standalone tracks on music-streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music and similar) or as sample/sound libraries; do not include real artist, songwriter, label or song names in prompts or reproduce a real artist's recognizable voice or style in a misleading way; and do not use music generation for restricted sectors those providers exclude (e.g. political campaigns, adult content, weapons, tobacco). Music is licensed for use inside your own content - videos, ads, podcasts - not as a music product in itself.
08EU AI Act (if you publish into the EU)
If you publish AI-generated content into the European Union, you act as the deployer of an AI system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: where content constitutes or could be perceived as a deepfake or synthetic depiction of real people, places or events, you must clearly disclose that it is AI-generated (for evidently artistic or satirical works, a proportionate indication suffices). You must not use the service for practices the AI Act prohibits - manipulative or subliminal techniques intended to materially distort behavior in a harmful way, or exploiting vulnerabilities of specific groups. Similar disclosure laws exist in other countries; you are responsible for the rules of every market where you publish.
09Reporting violating content
Anyone can report content by emailing support@soemindai.com with a link or enough detail to identify it. Reports are reviewed by a human within 48 hours (NCII within the 48-hour removal commitment above; suspected child-safety material immediately).
10Enforcement — what happens when we find it
Prevention first: requests are checked before generation, and blocked requests are never charged. When violating content is found or validly reported after generation, we act on a ladder: (1) First violation — the content is removed from the service, the account receives a written warning, and generation is paused for 24 hours. (2) Repeat violations — longer suspension of generation and, for continued abuse, account suspension with credits forfeited as the Terms allow. (3) Severe violations — child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or clearly illegal content — skip the ladder: the content is removed, the account is terminated immediately, evidence is preserved, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities (child-safety violations are always reported, without exception). We keep moderation records for all actions.
11Appeals
If you believe a block, removal or account action was wrong, contact support with the request reference; a human reviews every appeal and replies with the outcome. Severe-violation terminations involving child safety are not appealable through support.
