01Our approach

SoeMind uses very few cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies (no ad-network pixels, no behavioral ad trackers). This notice explains the limited storage we do use.

02Strictly necessary

Essential for the service to work: keeping you signed in (your session/authentication token and a per-browser device identifier held in your browser's local storage), security and abuse prevention, and remembering basic preferences like language. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.

03Payments

When you buy credits, our payment processor Stripe may set cookies it needs to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. This is governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie terms.

04Product analytics

We measure basic, first-party usage (which features are used, funnel events) using our own analytics — tied to a self-generated device identifier, not to third-party advertising networks. We use this only to improve the product.

05Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; note that blocking essential storage will sign you out and may break parts of the app. We honor recognized browser privacy/opt-out signals where legally required.

06Changes
