Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated October 5, 2026

01Delete your SoeMind account and data

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time: open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your content is removed after a 30-day grace period (so an accidental request can be reversed by signing back in), after which media files, generations, projects and personal data are permanently deleted. Anonymized billing records are retained only as required for financial and legal compliance. You can also request deletion by emailing contact@soemindai.com from your account's email address; we respond within 30 days or sooner where local law requires.

02Connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube)

If you connected a social account for publishing or analytics, you can disconnect it at any time in the Social page. Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access tokens and stops all data collection for that account; performance metrics, audience statistics and derived insights collected for that account are deleted within 30 days. Removing the SoeMind app from your platform account settings (for example Facebook Settings → Business Integrations) has the same effect: our systems receive the platform's deletion signal and remove that account's platform data on the same schedule.

03What deletion covers

Deletion removes: uploaded and generated media, project files and templates, edit documents, chat conversations with the agent, social publishing history and collected platform metrics, and profile information. It does not remove content you already published to social platforms (delete those posts on the platform itself) or records we are legally required to keep (anonymized invoices and tax records).

04Verification

For email requests we verify ownership by requiring the request to come from the account's registered email address. For platform-initiated deletion (e.g. Facebook's data deletion callback) we act on the platform's signed request and provide a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.
