01What this list is
These are the third-party providers that process data on SoeMindAI's behalf to run SoeMind. AI providers receive only the content of the specific request they fulfill (your prompt and any attached media for that generation); they do not get your account identity. We update this page when providers are added or replaced - materially new subprocessors are announced in-app or by email before they begin processing.
02Google (Gemini / Veo / Vertex AI)
Text, image and video generation, transcription, text-to-speech, music (Lyria). Processing location: United States.
03OpenAI
Text and image generation for features that use OpenAI models. Processing location: United States.
04BytePlus ModelArk (ByteDance)
Video generation (Seedance) and multi-reference image generation (Seedream). Processing location: Singapore / China.
05ElevenLabs
Premium text-to-speech, music and sound-effect generation, dubbing. Processing location: United States.
06OpenRouter
Gateway routing requests to additional AI models; each request is processed by the routed model's own provider under OpenRouter's terms. Processing location: United States (routing); model providers vary.
07RunPod
GPU compute for lip-sync and voice features. Processing location: United States.
08Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
Only if you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account. We send the content you choose to publish (caption, images, video, thumbnail) so it can appear on your own account, and we retrieve your posts, their metrics, audience statistics and comments back. Meta also processes this under your own account relationship with Meta and their terms. Processing location: global. Disconnecting, or removing the app in your Facebook settings, stops the exchange immediately and deletes the stored token.
09TikTok (ByteDance)
Only if you connect a TikTok account. We send the videos and publishing settings you choose to post, and retrieve your video list and the metrics TikTok makes available. Processing location: global. Disconnecting stops the exchange immediately and deletes the stored token.
10Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Core hosting: our application servers and database run on AWS (Singapore region), and specific media operations (for example image background removal and visual effects) run on AWS Lambda. All service data transits or is processed on this infrastructure. Processing location: Singapore / United States.
11Stripe
Payment processing and billing. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and never touch our servers. Processing location: United States / global.
12Cloudflare (R2)
Object storage for uploaded files and generated outputs, encrypted at rest. Processing location: global (distributed).
13Resend
Delivery of account and service emails (verification codes, notices). Processing location: United States.
