What it is

A product video starts from your real product photo, never from a generated stand-in. SoeMind composes the hero still with one of 26 product-shot presets (packshot, lifestyle, seasonal, flat lay and more), keeps the shape, label and colours with a fidelity clause, and then animates the approved still into 4 to 10 second clips with a chosen camera move.

Clips chain into a longer piece with transitions, music and free captions, in 9:16 for Reels and TikTok or 16:9 for YouTube. Every still and clip shows its credit price before it runs, and the agent asks before spending.

How to make one

   Upload one to five product photos and register them as product assets.

   Pick a product-shot preset and a camera move from the preset library, or let the Director propose two.

Limits to know

• Clean photos give the best fidelity: plain background, product in focus, label readable.
• Clips are 4 to 10 seconds each; longer videos are assembled from several clips.
• Small text on packaging can soften in motion; keep text-heavy moments as stills or short, gentle moves.
• 4K output is available on some models only; the model picker shows which.
• Claims on screen come from you; the generator does not invent prices, awards or statistics.

Common problems and fixes

The label changed or blurred in the video.

Animate from an approved still rather than from text, choose a shorter clip and a gentler camera move, and keep the product static while the camera moves.

The colour is off.

Name the colour as a hex value in the prompt and keep the fidelity clause on; the brand palette in the project brief is used automatically.

Too much motion.

Pick a slower camera move from the preset library; one move per clip.

The image model refused the prompt.

The reason is shown. Reference photos with dense text or a famous brand can trigger it; describe the style in words or switch to GPT Image 2. Nothing is charged for a refusal.
