I am Min Khant Soe, Senior AI Developer and founder of SoeMindAI Inc. My work focuses on turning AI capabilities into practical products, reliable systems, and measurable business value.
SoeMindAI Inc. is a C-Corporation registered in Delaware, United States, and the parent company behind SoeMind Foundry (the AI Product Builder Program) and OwlThuTa (AI-native IELTS practice).
What I Do
I design and build AI products end-to-end, from problem definition through production deployment, and coach builders through the same process in SoeMind Foundry.
Why I Build
Many builders can now generate code quickly with AI tools. But building faster does not automatically mean building the right product. I focus on what is worth building, for whom, and what evidence to gather before scaling.

Master's in AI
Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from the Asian Institute of Technology.

Led end-to-end AI initiatives spanning infrastructure, architecture, backend, frontend, and database design for real clients.

Incorporated SoeMindAI Inc. as a Delaware C-Corp to bring practical AI product work under one company.

Multi-Agent AI System for Social Platforms
Designed and built the foundation for an intelligent multi-agent AI system integrated with X (Twitter) and Discord. Implemented a scalable multi-agent architecture including intent detection, RAG-based retrieval, prompt fine-tuning, and coordinated agent response flows.
AI Photo Generation Pipeline
Built an end-to-end automated pipeline for AI-powered photo generation: user image intake, custom Flux LoRA training, and themed photo package generation. Designed for high-throughput production use with parallel processing and cloud deployment readiness.
LiveKit Agent Integration & Observability
Integrated LiveKit agents with Langfuse to enable comprehensive observability: token usage tracking, input/output monitoring, and cost analysis. Implemented guardrails and multi-agent cascade architecture to support production-ready deployment.
